★ Extra character: +50% of the base price. Not applicable to headshots, busts or character sheets; Extra characters can be added to busts, but they will generally be full price. For groups of more than 3 characters (in total) please contact me first to discuss what you’re after so I can decide if it’s something I’m up for and work out if the usual extra character price is appropriate.★ Complexity: +£5-20 depending on how complex what you're asking for is. This covers anything that I feel will significantly increase the amount of work involved- it won't always apply to the following, but may include things like: particularly complicated action poses or interactions between characters, detailed weapons and other props, intricate armour, patterns I will need to hand draw, magic effects, and things like aliens, anthros or other non-human characters I have little experience with. If I will be adding a complexity charge it will be agreed on before confirming the commission and we can discuss how to simplify a design if you wish to avoid the extra charge.★ Detailed background - Not currently available. All backgrounds will be relatively simple or use filtered screenshots/royalty free images. The examples above show the sort of simple backgrounds I am currently willing to draw.Due to my limited availability, you may order up to three headshots or busts in one order, but only one of anything else.

| Terms

★ Prices are subject to change in the future. If I update my price list and you have already confirmed a commission with me your agreed price will not be affected.★ I won’t draw: Extreme gore or body horror, explicit sexual content. This is not an exhaustive list, and I reserve the right to reject any commissions that I am not interested in, make me uncomfortable or just don’t feel like a good fit for my art style. Sometimes I will have to reject commissions I have no issue with simply down to my limited availability.★ I will draw (or will at least attempt/consider): Canon fandom characters (a passing familiarity is helpful but not required), OCs, anthro, robots, aliens, non-explicit nudity, weapons, armour, mild wounds and blood. If it’s not something I have much experience with I may be willing to try it but have to come back to you and say “sorry, but this isn’t working”- in such a case I would not charge you.★ I am not offering a total character design service. You need to have a fairly solid idea of what your characters look like and be able to provide reference images for me to work off. Some design work is fine and expected- such as if you have multiple references you'd like me to use elements of to make something new, or a rough design that needs refining and fleshing out; but I am not offering character design from the ground up.★ I only make a limited number of slots available at a time so you may order up to three headshots or busts at once, but only one of anything else. If you have a larger order in mind please contact me to discuss it, so I can decide if it's something I'm willing to take on outside my usual schedule.★ All prices are in £GBP and your invoice will be charged in GBP. Please consult a currency converter to ensure you are happy with the prices in your own currency.★ Only a digital copy of your commission will be available, I will not be providing a physical copy.★ All deadlines must be agreed upon before the commission is confirmed and must be stated in your initial email. I will not be able to meet any deadlines sprung upon me later in the process, and probably won't be able to meet very close deadlines as I am quite a slow worker.★ Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may display your piece wherever you wish and make minor edits to it (eg. re-croping, re-sizing, adding filters or text, changing the background fill), preferably accompanied by credit to me as the artist, but you may not resell it in any form or claim it as your own work. I retain the right to display the piece on my own accounts/portfolio, though I will keep work private if requested.★ Payment: Invoices will be sent at the same time as sketches are sent for approval. Invoices must be paid before I continue with the work and payment will be taken as approval of the sketches. Sometimes you may receive two phases of sketches to approve- one to finalize the pose and composition, and one with more details of the characters and costume. In this case invoices will be sent with the second phase. For larger or more complex pieces with a bigger time investment at the sketching stage, a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be charged, but I will not invoice you for this until I am ready to begin work on your commission and will always let you know if I will be doing this before confirming the commission.★ Revisions: I am willing to do up to two major revisions in the sketch phase and two rounds of minor changes. Once you have approved the sketch you will not be able to make any changes to the pose or overall costume design, so be sure that it is what you want. I will offer up to two rounds of changes to details and colours when delivering the final piece.★ Refunds & cancellations: You can cancel without charge at any point before work begins, but please be prompt in letting me know your decision. Consult my trello board to see where you are in my queue, whether work has begun on your commission, or how far it has progressed. Cancellations may be accepted later in the process but will only be offered partial refunds based on how much work has been completed. Deposits paid on larger pieces are non-refundable.

★ Which type of commission you want.★ Info about your character(s): Who they are, what they’re from, a brief and relevant description of their personality. It’s also really helpful to know things like a character's race and body type, as these are often not obvious in reference images and overlooked in descriptions.★ How you want your character(s) portrayed: Their pose, expression, props, what you want the background to be, and descriptions of anything you’re not able to cover with visual references- I prefer not to work solely from descriptions, but they’re great in conjunction with images.★ Visual references for the character's face, hair, outfit, pose, props, or anything else you want to see represented in the art. Your references don't need to be exact, but they should help get your ideas across. You might include game screenshots, face claims, photos, existing art, or even doodled stick figures if that's what gets your vision across best! Character sheets are AMAZING. Aesthetic boards are a good add-on when getting a feel for a character but not great on their own. If you have a face claim it’s helpful to know their name so I can easily get more refs if I need to. If you’re very particular about the colours used it’s also great to have a palette or colour values.★ Your preferred payment method- I can accept payment via PayPal or Stripe. Please provide your PayPal email address if that's your preferred method, even if it's the same as the one you are contacting me from.★ Your social media username(s), if you’re happy to have it tagged alongside the art when I post it to my accounts. If you would rather your username not be tagged or if you'd prefer to post it yourself, that's fine, but this is still useful for me to have as a backup contact if my emails are going unanswered.
